COMPOSITION - Manufactured from Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) which produces a synthetic sponge. Under microscopic examination, this is shown to have a completely three dimensional, interconnected porous structure
HYDROPHILIC – Easidri has a markedly great feature of absorbing and retaining water due to the hydrophilic OH–Radicals in the molecular structure, and the capillary action of its fine pore structure
WET STATE ELASTICITY – The grooming towel becomes pliable and soft like a natural sea sponge as it is laden with water. It qualifies as one of the finest materials for numerous cosmetic, household or animal uses.
DURABILITY – Easidri has excellent mechanical strength and abrasion resistance: laboratory tests show up to 2000 times abrasion resistance before breaking, far greater than other synthetic sponges or foam. It is resistant to sunlight and ultraviolet rays - tests show up to 1000 hours with no apparent change – and has excellent resistance to chemicals.
In use, being lint free, it leaves no fluff. It is machine washable. At the end of its life, it is environmentally friendly biodegradable. If burned, it produces no noxious gases.
